We aim to ensure you are highly satisfied with your purchase, however we recognise from time to time that faults and mistakes happen.
Returning your product because you changed your mind
Unforunately, we cannot accept returns for our Honey products. Once these food products have been shipped, all sales are final.
We will accept returns for all other products including bottled mead, (providing any tamper seals and packaging are intact). You should return your item with proof of purchase within 30 days.
We will offer you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions.
Products should be in the original packaging where applicable and all products must be in a resalable condition.
Returning a faulty item
If your product does not meet your expectations, or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return it with proof of purchase and we'll exchange or refund it.
After 30 days if the fault is not related to wear and tear and has not been used, or damaged, we will repair or replace in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We will process your refund once the item has been returned to us and checked by our team, this can take up to 14 days.
